Concessions for SA electricity customers

Energy Concession
Eligible South Australians on low or fixed incomes can apply for help with the cost of energy bills for their principal place of residence

Medical Heating and Cooling Concession
This concession helps eligible South Australians with their energy bills if they require heating or cooling for medical purposes.

Emergency Electricity Payment Scheme (EEPS)
You may be able to access this payment if you are experiencing significant financial difficulties or if you’re at risk of electricity disconnection. You can only apply once every three years through a financial counsellor.
