Here’s what you’ll be able to see:
Within the app, simply navigate to the "Energy" tab located at the bottom. This section grants you access to your historical data. For those using a standard retail energy meter, overall consumption data will be available. However, customers with smart meters will benefit from a detailed breakdown of their historical data on an hourly basis.
You can change your payment method and your billing address.
Currently, it's not possible to modify or change your plan within the app. To make changes, you'll need to sign up to a new plan, as this is currently the sole method available for adjusting your plan.
You can receive a password reset link via email or reach out to our customer service center for assistance with any other issues you may encounter.
