Hanwha Energy Australia acquires InStyle Solar

Hanwha Energy Australia, a driver of technology platforms and 100% renewable energy assets in Australia has announced its acquisition of national solar provider and installer, InStyle Solar.
The acquisition will support Hanwha Energy Australia’s retail business, Nectr to expand its new energy presence across Australia.
Nectr has a strong industry and consumer reputation for offering competitive, value-based electricity plans that support a cleaner, greener future for Australia. InStyle Solar will further strengthen Nectr’s lead generation capability and installation coverage, which will go towards accelerating Hanwha Energy Australia’s broader business growth strategy.
The Nectr and InStyle Solar partnership combines industry know-how and on-the-ground expertise.
Nectr has just under four years of in-market expertise in consumer electricity product development, and almost two years of new energy experience. InStyle Solar brings close to 10 years of delivering quality, reliable solar hardware and installation support to power Australian households.
The announcement is a significant milestone for both businesses, signalling a new frontier of growth and sales in the new energy sector.
