Today, a clear winner for cheapest energy and plans supporting a cleaner, greener future has emerged. The Mozo Expert Choice Awards for 2022 has revealed that Australian energy retailer Nectr has taken out the top spots for outstanding products across four categories – the second time in as many years.
Nectr has won the Mozo Expert Choice Awards 2022 in the following categories:
- Electricity – QLD – Nectr 100% Clean: Awarded as the cheapest energy on a range of different usage levels and distributor areas in the state.
- Electricity – NSW – Nectr 100% Clean: Awarded as one of the cheapest energy plans in the state based on a range of different usage levels and distributor areas.
- Green Electricity – NSW – Nectr GreenPower: Awarded the best value plan for those who want to support renewable energy generation.
- Green Electricity – QLD – Nectr GreenPower: Awarded as the cheapest plan in the state for meeting criteria to satisfy a Green Electricity award.
- Green Electricity – ACT – Nectr GreenPower: Awarded the winning product for offering the cheapest energy at the time of judging, for a set of customer scenarios.
The Mozo Experts Choice Awards recognise the top 10% of the market that deliver unmistakable and exceptional value to consumers Australia-wide. The awards are judged based on the offer of great value or market-leading features, and recognise the businesses that offer the best plans for Australian residential customers. The awards analyse over 1,075 plans from 32 energy retailers in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, and QLD to identify the nation’s best value residential Electricity and Green Electricity plans.
