My brother did some investigating into best pricing and service for electricity and found Nectr- been very happy with our bills, and when I need support with extensions or payment plans, the team have been so helpful. Tin and Christine were super fast in their response and support via email and accommodated me in every way they could. Really appreciate their help in these tough times!

We recently switched our energy retailer over to Nectr and they have been extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the whole process. Alex was excellent to speak to, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Alex has even been incredibly helpful with the transition and some issues we’ve been having with our previous retailer and their final meter read. Where our previous retailer is unresponsive, unhelpful and impossible to get a hold of, Nectr is the complete opposite - we’ve been really impressed with them so far and are so glad we make the switch!

The amount of money Nectr is saving us is enough to highly recommend them but I am even more impressed by the outstanding customer service and support I have received from this company from the start! Anthony was both friendly and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He patiently answered my questions and clearly explained the calculations he made using my old bill. He then took care of the set up for me in minutes. Their responsiveness in the app is outstanding, even on a Sunday evening! I switched for the savings but I’m staying for the service!

So far so good! Have just signed up trying to connect power to a new rental. Was able to change the default method of payment (direct debit) in a few minutes via email! Mike was swift and prompt to responding and making the change so I can pay via BPAY. Have downloaded the app as well and it looks great- once power connects will be able to track spend and usage. So far very happy!

Cheapest prices, great customer service. E-mailed them at 8pm and got a reply in minutes from Michael Borillo who was straight to the point with a helpful and accurate response. Oh yes and with a smart meter the online portal gives you a live actual and estimate on your bill.

I've been with nectr for over a year, at two different places now, and their prices remain the cheapest out there, and they have amazing customer service to match. Allen, the specialist I talked to, sorted out an issue with my concession card within 30 minutes of the email I sent him, and got the rebate backdated to when I first moved into my new place. His service was 10/10, he was incredibly helpful, and managing to get the rebate backdated just made my day. Allen went above and beyond what I would expect from any customer service, and has given me an incredibly positive experience with Nectr. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for incredible customer service and the cheapest power rates.
