NECTR SOLAR & BATTERY 2026 REFERRAL OCTOBER CAMPAIGN

The Nectr Solar & Battery 2026 Referral October Campaign rewards existing Nectr Solar & Battery customers for referring new customers to Nectr Solar & Battery. Eligible customers who have been sent a personal referral link can receive $1,000 for their first successful referral and $500 for each of up to four further successful referrals — up to $3,000 in total.

A referral is successful only when the person referred is a new customer to Nectr Solar & Battery, is referred by a Referrer through the Referral Form, and completes a solar and battery or battery-only installation with Nectr Solar & Battery. Rewards are paid by bank transfer after the referred installation is complete and the referral has been verified.

1. Promoter

1.1 This offer is made by Instyle Solar Pty Ltd, ABN 99 159 287 153, trading as Nectr Solar & Battery, 12 Commercial Road, Newstead QLD 4006 (Promoter, we or us).

1.2 By taking part in this program, Referrers and Referees agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign dates

2.1 The Referral Campaign opens on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 (Offer Period).

2.2 A referral must be submitted during the Offer Period, and the referred installation must be completed by Friday 18 December 2026, to be eligible for a Reward.

2.3 For the purposes of this program, the installation date is the date on which installation is completed, as recorded by Nectr Solar & Battery, and not the date of enquiry, quote or contract.

2.4 If the referred installation is not completed by 18 December 2026 because of a delay caused by Nectr Solar & Battery (for example, installation scheduling or equipment availability), and not at the Referee’s request, the referral will remain eligible for a Reward, provided the Referee submitted their enquiry and entered into an installation contract during the Offer Period.

2.5 The Promoter may withdraw or amend the program by giving reasonable notice to Referrers. No withdrawal or amendment will affect a Reward already earned, or a referral already submitted, before the change takes effect.

2.6 All times are Sydney local time.

3. Definitions

3.1 Referrer means an existing Nectr Solar & Battery customer who purchased and had a solar and/or battery system installed through Nectr Solar & Battery, and who has been sent a Referral Link by Nectr Solar & Battery under this program.

3.2 Referee means a person whose details are submitted to Nectr Solar & Battery by a Referrer through the Referral Form, and who is referred by that Referrer under this program.

3.3 Referral Form means the online form linked from the Referrer’s personal Referral Link, through which the Referrer submits the details of the person they wish to refer.

3.4 Referral Link means the unique personal referral link issued to a Referrer by Nectr Solar & Battery.

3.5 Successful Referral means a referral that meets every requirement in section 5 and is not excluded by clause 5.2.

3.6 Reward means the cash reward described in section 6, paid by bank transfer to an Australian bank account held in the Referrer’s name in accordance with section 7.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The program is available by invitation only to Nectr Solar & Battery customers whose installation was completed between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2026 and who have been sent a Referral Link by Nectr Solar & Battery.

4.2 Referrers must be 18 years or older and hold an Australian bank account.

4.3 Nectr Solar & Battery employees, contractors, sales agents and their immediate families are not eligible to participate as Referrers.

5. How a referral qualifies

5.1 A referral is a Successful Referral only if all of the following apply:

• the Referrer submits the Referee’s details through the Referral Form during the Offer Period, and the Referee confirms their interest when contacted;
• the Referee is a new customer to Nectr Solar & Battery — that is, the Referee has never purchased, contracted for or had installed a solar and/or battery system from Nectr Solar & Battery;
• the Referee is not already an active lead with Nectr Solar & Battery when the referral is submitted, including where the Referee has made an enquiry with, or received a quote or proposal from, Nectr Solar & Battery in the 90 days before the referral is submitted;
• the installation is a solar and battery system or a battery-only system; solar-only installations are not eligible;
• the Referee enters into an installation contract with Nectr Solar & Battery, and the installation is completed; and
• the Referee has not cancelled the contract, including within any cooling-off period.

5.2 The Reward is paid for introducing a new customer, not for a new sale. A referral is not a Successful Referral, and no Reward is payable, where:

• the Referee is the Referrer, or the Referrer’s spouse, partner or a member of the Referrer’s household;
• the installation is at any property owned, part-owned or occupied by the Referrer, including an investment, rental or holiday property, or any other property at a different address;
• the installation is an upgrade, add-on battery, extension or replacement of an existing Nectr Solar & Battery system, or is otherwise raised against an existing Nectr Solar & Battery customer record;
• the Referee’s details (including name, email address, mobile number or installation address) match those of the Referrer or of an existing Nectr Solar & Battery customer; or
• the referral was not submitted through the Referrer’s Referral Form, including where a referral is made verbally, by phone or at a sales appointment.

5.3 For clarity, a Referrer may refer friends, neighbours, colleagues and family members who do not live in the Referrer’s household (for example, parents, siblings or adult children living at a separate address), provided the installation is at a property the Referrer does not own, part-own or occupy and the referral otherwise meets every requirement in clause 5.1.

6. Rewards

6.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a Referrer will receive:

• $1,000 for their first Successful Referral; and
• $500 for each of their second, third, fourth and fifth Successful Referrals.

6.2 A Referrer can receive a Reward for a maximum of five Successful Referrals, up to a total of $3,000. Referrals beyond the fifth will not attract a Reward. The order of Successful Referrals is determined by the date on which each referred installation is completed.

6.3 Only one Reward is payable per Referee and per installation. If a Referee is referred by more than one Referrer, the Reward will be attributed to the Referrer whose referral was submitted first. The Referee is not entitled to any reward or discount under this program.

7. Payment of Rewards

7.1 Rewards are paid by bank transfer to an Australian bank account held in the Referrer’s name, within 30 days after Nectr Solar & Battery receives the Referrer’s bank account details, provided the referred installation is complete and eligibility has been verified.

7.2 Nectr Solar & Battery will contact the Referrer to request bank account details and will send at least one reminder if those details are not provided. If the Referrer does not provide the requested details within 60 days of the first request, the Reward may be forfeited.

7.3 Every referral is subject to verification before a Reward is paid. Nectr Solar & Battery may request supporting documentation from the Referrer or Referee at any time, including proof of identity or property ownership. Nectr Solar & Battery’s decision as to whether a referral is a Successful Referral, made reasonably and in good faith, is final. This does not limit any right a Referrer or Referee has to raise a dispute with Nectr Solar & Battery or to seek external resolution.

7.4 If a referred installation contract is cancelled, terminated or refunded after a Reward has been paid, Nectr Solar & Battery may recover the part of the Reward that corresponds to the amount refunded, provided it asks the Referrer to repay that amount within 12 months of paying the Reward. Where a Reward has been obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions through self-referral, false information or fraud, Nectr Solar & Battery may recover the full amount of the Reward.

7.5 Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged. A Reward under this program cannot be combined with any other Nectr Solar & Battery referral offer or promotion for the same referral unless expressly agreed in writing by Nectr Solar & Battery.

7.6 Nectr Solar & Battery does not provide tax advice. Referrers are responsible for any tax consequences of receiving a Reward and should seek independent advice if required.

8. Referrer obligations

8.1 Referrers may only refer people they know personally. Referrers must have that person’s permission before submitting their details, and must tell them that Nectr Solar & Battery will contact them. Nectr Solar & Battery will tell the person referred, when first making contact, that the Referrer may receive a Reward if they go ahead with an installation.

8.2 Referrers must not:

• state or imply that they have no interest in the referral or that they will not receive a Reward;
• send unsolicited or bulk messages containing the Referral Link;
• share or publish the Referral Link or Referral Form publicly on social media platforms, websites, forums or other public channels;
• publish the Referral Link in paid advertising or on coupon, deal or cashback websites;
• make any false or misleading statement about Nectr Solar & Battery, its products or this program; or
• represent themselves as an employee or agent of Nectr Solar & Battery.

9. Consent and contact

9.1 The Referrer confirms that they have the permission of the person they refer to provide that person’s name, mobile number and email address to Nectr Solar & Battery, and that they have told that person Nectr Solar & Battery will contact them.

9.2 Nectr Solar & Battery will contact the person referred by phone or email in connection with this program.

9.3 The person referred may ask Nectr Solar & Battery at any time to stop contacting them and to delete their details, and Nectr Solar & Battery will do so.

10. Privacy and communications

10.1 Nectr Solar & Battery will use personal information to conduct and manage the program, to verify referrals, to pay Rewards, to provide products and services, and to manage its relationship with Referrers and Referees, and as otherwise permitted by law.

10.2 The Referrer’s name will be recorded against the Referee’s enquiry. Nectr Solar & Battery may tell a Referrer whether their referral has resulted in a Reward, but will not otherwise disclose a Referee’s personal information to the Referrer.

10.3 Nectr Solar & Battery may disclose personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in these purposes, including to organisations outside Australia in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

10.4 By participating, Referrers and Referees consent to receive email or SMS messages from Nectr Solar & Battery in relation to the program. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us.

10.5 Nectr Solar & Battery’s Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy is available at nectr.com.au/privacy-and-credit-reporting-policy/ and contains information about how to access or correct the personal information Nectr Solar & Battery holds about you, and how to make a privacy complaint.

11. General conditions

11.1 Any question or dispute about a referral or Reward should be directed to Nectr Solar & Battery at solarsales@nectr.com.au.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights that consumers may have under any statute, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

11.3 Except for any conditions, warranties and representations expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by law, Nectr Solar & Battery excludes all conditions, warranties and representations under or in connection with the program and these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees or any other rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11.4 To the extent permitted by law, and only in relation to services of a kind not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, Nectr Solar & Battery’s liability for breach of any condition, warranty or guarantee imposed by statute that cannot be excluded, and a person’s sole and exclusive remedy in relation to such breach, will be limited to (at Nectr Solar & Battery’s election):

• supplying the relevant services again; or
• paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

11.5 To the extent permitted by law, Nectr Solar & Battery’s total aggregate liability to a person in respect of any claim, loss, damage, expense or liability arising under or in connection with the program or these Terms and Conditions (including in negligence) will not exceed the value of the Reward to which that person is entitled. This clause does not apply to any claim arising under an installation contract with Nectr Solar & Battery, or under the consumer guarantees or any other provision of the Australian Consumer Law.

11.6 This program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or Twitter/X. Participants provide their information to Nectr Solar & Battery and not to any social media platform, and completely release any relevant social media platforms from all liability.

11.7 Nectr Solar & Battery may exclude or suspend a person from the program, or withhold or recover a Reward, if the person:

• breaches these Terms and Conditions;
• attempts to obtain a Reward through self-referral, false information, fraud or any other improper means;
• engages in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the program;
• engages in conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, threatening or harassing towards Nectr Solar & Battery staff or other participants; or
• breaches any law in connection with the program or their participation in it.

11.8 Nectr Solar & Battery will not withhold or recover a Reward that has already been earned unless the Reward was obtained, or attempted to be obtained, improperly, or the Referrer has breached these Terms and Conditions.
