Junior Gala Prize Draw – WIN $1500

The competition is open to anyone who registers their details during the promotion period (5 June 2026 – 21 June 2026). Entries must be made by registering online at www.junior.nectr.com.au during the promotion period. All eligible entrants who register their details will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw for a chance to win $1,500 off a Nectr Solar & Battery system purchase. Subject to eligibility criteria and these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Eligibility 

• The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older whose premises are located within Nectr Solar & Battery servable areas. 

• If at any time a participant ceases to meet any of the eligibility criteria in these Terms and Conditions, that participant’s right to the benefits of the promotion will cease. 

2. How to Enter the Prize Draw 

• Entry to the Prize Draw is open to any eligible individual who registers their details during the promotion period (5 June 2026 – 21 June 2026) via the form at www.junior.nectr.com.au 

• One (1) entry per person will be accepted. Multiple or duplicate entries will not count. 

• The entrant must provide valid contact details including full name, email address, address, and phone number at the time of registration. 

• Entries submitted outside the promotion period will not be accepted. 

3. Prize Details 

• The prize is one (1) discount voucher valued at $1,500 (AUD, inclusive of GST) to be applied towards the purchase of an eligible Nectr Solar & Battery system. 

• There is one (1) prize which will be awarded to one (1) winner. 

• The prize voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

• The prize voucher is subject to credit and eligibility criteria applicable to Nectr Solar & Battery system purchases. 

• The prize voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue to the winner. 

• The prize is subject to the standard Nectr Solar & Battery Terms and Conditions applicable to system purchases. 

• Images or descriptions of the prize in associated promotional materials may not accurately reflect the actual prize. 

• No alternative prizes will be offered. 

4. Prize Draw 

• The prize draw will be conducted on 23 June 2026. 

• The winner will be selected via random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period. 

• The winner will be notified within 7 business days of the draw date via the contact details provided at registration. 

• Reasonable contact efforts will be made to notify the winner. If the prize is not claimed within 3 weeks of notification, a redraw will occur. 

• The draw will be conducted by Nectr Solar & Battery, whose decision is final and binding. 

5. Promotion Period 

• The promotion starts on 5 June 2026 and ends on 21 June 2026. 

• All entries must be submitted within this timeframe. 

6. Use of Prize Voucher 

• The $1,500 prize voucher will be applied to the winner’s eligible Nectr Solar & Battery installation at the time of purchase. 

• The voucher is applicable to new installations only. 

• The validity of the voucher is subject to the validity period of the associated quote, as stated clearly on the provided quotation. 

• The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise stated by Nectr Solar & Battery. 

7. Privacy 

• Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Nectr’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion. 

8. Liability 

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under any statute, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

• To the extent permitted by law, Nectr Solar and Battery excludes all conditions, warranties, and representations not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. 

• To the extent permitted by law, Nectr Solar and Battery’s total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this promotion will not exceed $1,000. 

• Nectr Solar and Battery is not responsible for any tax implications arising from receiving a financial incentive in connection with this promotion. Participants should seek independent financial advice. 

9. General 

• This offer is made by Instyle Solar Pty Ltd, ABN 99 159 287 153 trading as Nectr Solar & Battery of Level 5, 12 Commercial Road, Newstead, QLD 4006. 

• Nectr Solar & Battery reserves the right to verify all claims and refuse any entry if fraudulent activity is suspected. 

• The promotion is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time at Nectr Solar & Battery’s discretion, provided that amendments do not cause unreasonable financial detriment to participants. 

• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

• Nectr Solar and Battery may exclude or suspend a participant from the promotion if they: 

• Breach these Terms and Conditions 

• Engage in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion 

• Act in a disruptive, threatening, abusive, or harassing manner 

• Do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of Nectr Solar and Battery or any of its related entities 

• Breach any law in connection with the promotion 

• Nectr Solar and Battery is not liable for entries that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted (other than due to Nectr Solar and Battery’s negligence). 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which the entrant resides within Australia.
