WHO CAN ENTER?  

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.  

2. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.  

3. Entry is open to persons over the age of 18.  

4. The employees, and the immediate families of the promoters are ineligible to enter or win.  

5. The promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for interfering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.  

HOW TO ENTER  

1. Competition commences on Tuesday 12 May 2026 and entries close 7.30pm (AEDT) Wednesday 20 May  2026. The winner/s will be drawn and contacted on 25 May 2026.  

2. To enter the competition, you must take a photo at the MAGIC ROUND with the Nectr Bee, upload on social media and tag Nectr, correctly. 

3. All correct entries will be entered in a random draw to win the major prize, 1 x signed Panthers jersey. 

4. To enter the competition, you must be an Australian citizen living in Australia. 

5. This is a random prize draw and no alternative prizes will be offered.  

PRIZE DETAILS 

1. The prize/s of the competition is/are: 
2. 1 x signed Panthers jersey, worth $990 
3. Only 1 valid entry per person. 
4. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
5. Prize/s is/are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize or the prize value. 
6. Images/descriptions of the prize in associated posts may not be accurate or reflect the actual prize. 

SELECTION OF WINNER  

1. One (1) prize winner from the list of people who photo at the MAGIC ROUND with the Nectr Bee, upload on social media and tag Nectr, correctly on social media channels instagram or facebook will be chosen by random draw which will take place on Monday 25 2026. 
2. The winner will be notified by via Instagram or facebook by Tuesday 26 before 5pm 2026. 
3. The results of the competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the competition. 
4. If the winners do not respond to the promoters within 12 hours of being notified that they have won the competition, that winner is not readily identified, and reasonable efforts have been made to identify the winner(s) were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and alternative winner/s may be selected. 

PROMOTION AND MARKETING  

1. By entering into the competition, you agree that you can be contacted by Nectr and/or Penrith Panthers to receive offers, discounts, updates and other marketing materials. 

STANDARD TERMS 

1. The promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the competition or of the use and enjoyment of any prize/s.  

2. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.  

3. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. All valid claims for prizes and entitlements will be met.  

4. No responsibility is accepted for late entries/joins after the promotion period has lapsed.  

5. If the prize is a physical item/s, the promoter will pay for delivery of the physical item/s to the winner/s Australian address registered with Australia Post. The promoter will not be responsible or provide delivery to addresses outside of Australia. 

6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners.  

7. All registration entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion and to State and Territory lottery departments. Winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoters will not be able to enter you into this promotion.  

8. Promoter reserves the right to conduct a security verification check at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.  

9. The promoter reserves the right to alter Terms and Conditions at any time.
