Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is Nectr $500 Bill Credit Terms and Conditions 

Existing Nectr customers who switch from a BEE Solar Bundle product to the BEE Super FiT product may be eligible for the Nectr $500 Bill Credit (the Promotion).  

Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering this Promotion, customers (you) represent that you are eligible to enter, and you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

To be an Eligible Participant for this Promotion: 

1. You must be an existing Nectr customer in NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, or VIC. 

2. You must currently be on one of the following Nectr electricity plans: 

• Nectr BEE Solar Bundle 

3. You must successfully sign up to the Nectr BEE Super FiT product. 

4. You must sign up during the promotion period. 

5. There must be no record of a house move out on your Nectr account. 

Receiving the $500 bill credit is subject to the below terms and conditions: 

• The $500 bill credit is applied after the Cooling Off Period of the switch has expired.  

• You must have an active Nectr account and have remained on the Bee Super Fit product to receive the credit.  

• You must not have record of a move-out or change request to another retailer or change request to another product on your account.  

• You will see the bill credit applied to your Nectr account, on the first bill issued after the 10-day cooling-off period has expired.  

• For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “existing energy customers” includes current Nectr customers who have switched from Nectr BEE Solar Bundle to Nectr BEE Super Fit only.  

• The promotion commences at 8:00 am (AEST) on 13 December 2024, and sign-up must be completed by 6:00 pm (AEST) on 31 January 2025 (Promotion Period). 

• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from Nectr. 

• The bill credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

This Promotion is made by Hanwha Energy Retail Australia Pty Ltd trading as “Nectr” (ABN 84 141 108 590) and Nectr Distributed Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 48 638 767 272). 

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, Nectr: (a) may: (i) suspend or withdraw all or any part of this Promotion for any reason and at any time; and/or (ii) vary the terms or content of all or any part of this Promotion, including (without limitation) any time or date in this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions; (b) may not provide the bill credit to an Eligible Participant who has not fully complied with these Terms and Conditions; and (c) to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, personal injury, expense, or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion, including the application of the bill credit. 

By taking up the Promotion, an Eligible Participant understands and agrees that Nectr may use and disclose the information provided by the Eligible Participant on the terms set out in its Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy located at https://www.nectr.com.au/privacy-and-credit-reporting-policy/. An Eligible Participant can find out more about how Nectr may use their information and what their rights are under Australian privacy laws in Nectr’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.nectr.com.au/privacy-and-credit-reporting-policy/.
