Nectr $500 Prezzee Smart eGift Card

Terms and Conditions

Nectr’s energy customers will receive a “Prezzee Smart eGift Card” (the Promotion). The Promotion is only available to existing customers who switch plans and join our BEE Super FiT product. 

Information on how to participate in this Promotion, form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this Promotion, you represent that you are eligible to enter and you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

To be an Eligible Participant for this promotion: 

• You must be an existing Nectr customer in NSW, QLD, ACT, SA or VIC,
• You must currently be on one of the following Nectr electricity plans;
  
  
  • Nectr Home Battery AddOn
  • Nectr BEE System Bundle
  • Nectr BEE Solar Bundle
• You must successfully sign up to the Nectr BEE Super FiT product,
• You must sign up during the promotion period, and
• There must be no record of a house move out on your Nectr account.

Receiving the Digital Prezzee Smart eGift Card is subject to the below terms and conditions: 

• The Promotion is available to Nectr’s existing energy customers who sign up to the eligible product during the promotion period. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “existing energy customers” includes current Nectr customers who have switched plans to the eligible BEE Super FiT. 

• If you are eligible for the Promotion, you (“customer”) will receive a $500 Prezzee Smart eGift Card. 

• The promotion commences at 8:00 am (AEST) on 15 November 2024 and sign-up end and must be received by 6:00pm (AEST) on 14 January 2025 (Promotion Period).  

• Eligible recipients will receive the applicable card by email after the 10 day cooling off period, but no longer than 30 days after switching to the eligible product.  

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from Nectr 

• Redemption of the Prezzee Smart digital eGfit Card is subject to the standard terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service

This Promotion is made by Hanwha Energy Retail Australia Pty Ltd trading as “Nectr” (ABN 84 141 108 590) and Nectr Distributed Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 48 638 767 272). 

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, Nectr: (a) may: (i) suspend or withdraw all or any part of this Promotion for any reason and at any time; and/or (ii) vary the terms or content of all or any part of this Promotion including (without limitation) any time or date in this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions; (b) may not provide a e-gift card to an Eligible participant who has not fully complied with these Terms and Conditions; and (c) to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, personal injury or expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion, including use of the e-gift card. 

By taking up the Promotion, an Eligible Participant understands and agrees that Nectr may use and disclose the information provided by the Eligible Participant on the terms set out in its Privacy and credit reporting policy located at https://www.nectr.com.au/privacy-and-credit-reporting-policy/.
