1.1 The promoter is Instyle Solar Pty Ltd trading as Nectr Solar & Battery, ABN 99 159 287 153, of 12 Commercial Road, Newstead QLD 4006 (Promoter, Nectr, we or us).
1.2 By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Entries open at 8:00am AEST on Monday 21 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 4 October 2026 (Entry Period).
2.2 Entrants must complete the required in-home consultation, accept their quote, sign their installation contract and agree to proceed with installation by 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 18 October 2026 (Qualification Deadline).
2.3 The prize draw will take place on Monday 19 October 2026 at Nectr’s North Sydney office, 15 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
2.4 The winner will be contacted on the draw date and announced on the competition webpage on Thursday 22 October 2026.
2.5 The original winner must claim the prize by 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 26 October 2026. If the prize remains unclaimed and the requirements in section 9 are met, a redraw will take place on Tuesday 27 October 2026.
2.6 All times are Sydney local time.
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria and meet all requirements below.
3.2 The residential property nominated for installation must be in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria and within a 150 km straight-line radius of the city centre of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne.
3.3 Entrants must own the nominated property or have the property owner’s permission and the necessary authority to enter into the installation contract.
3.4 The promotion applies only to residential battery-only systems or combined solar and battery systems purchased and installed through Nectr Solar & Battery. Solar-only purchases are excluded.
3.5 Employees of the Promoter, people directly involved in administering the competition, and their immediate families are not eligible.
3.6 Only one entry per household and per installation property is permitted. Multiple people entering for the same household or property do not create additional eligible entries.
4.1 During the Entry Period, entrants must:
4.2 By the Qualification Deadline, entrants must also:
4.3 These steps may be completed during the Entry Period or during the two weeks following its close. Submitting an entry form or requesting a quote alone does not qualify an entrant for the draw.
4.4 A telephone consultation, online enquiry or automated estimate does not replace the required in-home consultation.
4.5 Quote requests made before the Entry Period do not qualify. Existing Nectr customers may enter if they make a genuine new quote request during the Entry Period and satisfy all other requirements.
4.6 There is no separate competition entry fee. However, accepting a quote and signing an installation contract is a condition of eligibility. The entrant remains responsible for their obligations under that contract.
4.7 No minimum purchase amount applies. Eligible purchases are limited to battery-only systems and combined solar and battery systems. No products within these categories are excluded specifically for this promotion, subject to availability and technical suitability. Solar-only purchases do not qualify.
4.8 Entrants who do not complete all qualification requirements by the Qualification Deadline are ineligible. This includes entrants whose property is unsuitable and who consequently cannot proceed with an installation contract.
4.9 An entrant who cancels their qualifying contract before the draw is ineligible. Contracts that have been terminated or rescinded before the draw also do not qualify.
4.10 An installation completed before the draw does not make an otherwise valid entry ineligible.
4.11 There is no requirement to book or complete installation by a particular date for this competition. Installation scheduling is governed by the separate installation contract.
4.12 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or restricts any statutory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or consumer rights. Exercising a lawful cancellation right before the draw means the entry no longer meets the competition’s eligibility requirements; it does not create a separate competition cancellation fee.
4.13 The Promoter may reasonably verify identity, age, address, property authority, consultation completion, quote acceptance and contract status.
5.1 One eligible entrant will win both:
5.2 The total advertised prize value is $2,100.
5.3 The jersey’s size and the individual player signatures are subject to the jersey supplied. No particular player signature is guaranteed.
5.4 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except for reimbursement of amounts already paid as described in section 6.
6.1 The credit applies to the winner’s qualifying battery-only or combined solar and battery installation contract for the property nominated in their entry. It cannot be applied to a solar-only purchase.
6.2 The credit reduces the amount payable under that contract by up to $1,500. The winner remains responsible for any remaining balance.
6.3 The credit cannot be combined with another Nectr discount. If the qualifying contract already includes a Nectr discount, the winner may retain that discount or replace it with the prize credit. Both cannot be applied together.
6.4 Government rebates or incentives are separate from Nectr discounts. Their availability and application remain subject to the relevant program requirements.
6.5 If the qualifying purchase price is less than $1,500, the credit is limited to that purchase price. Any unused amount is not redeemable for cash or another purchase.
6.6 If the winner has already paid part or all of the qualifying purchase price, the prize will be applied against the outstanding balance first. Any remaining prize amount will be refunded against amounts already paid, up to a combined credit and refund of $1,500.
6.7 Completing or paying for the qualifying installation before the draw does not prevent the winner from receiving the credit or reimbursement.
6.8 No installation completion deadline or installation-based expiry date applies to the prize credit under this competition.
6.9 Subject to applicable law, if the winner cancels or chooses not to proceed with the qualifying purchase after the draw, or the installation cannot proceed because the property is unsuitable or necessary permissions cannot be obtained, the installation credit is forfeited. This does not affect the winner’s entitlement to the signed jersey.
6.10 Any cancellation, repayment or refund must be handled consistently with the installation contract and applicable consumer law. These Terms and Conditions do not authorise the Promoter to withhold a statutory refund.
6.11 The prize does not guarantee finance approval, government incentive eligibility, technical approval or any particular installation outcome.
7.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all entries that satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to attend the draw.
7.3 Eligibility, including completion of the qualification requirements and contract status, will be checked before the prize is awarded.
7.4 If a selected entry is invalid or the selected entrant was ineligible at the time of the draw, another eligible entry will be selected at random, subject to applicable law.
8.1 The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by telephone and send written notification by email on 19 October 2026. The notification will explain the prize, how to claim it and the claim deadline.
8.2 If the winner has not responded within 48 hours, the Promoter will make further contact attempts by telephone, email and, where available, SMS. At least one further reminder will be issued before the claim deadline.
8.3 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and keep a record of those attempts. A lack of response within 48 hours does not, by itself, result in forfeiture.
8.4 The winner’s name and state of residence will be published on the competition webpage on 22 October 2026 and remain available for at least 28 days. If a redraw becomes necessary, the webpage will be updated to explain the outcome.
8.5 The winner’s telephone number, email address and street address will not be published.
9.1 The original winner must respond to the Promoter and confirm acceptance of the prize by 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 26 October 2026. Claiming the prize does not require installation to have been completed.
9.2 If the prize remains unclaimed at that deadline despite reasonable contact attempts, the Promoter may treat it as forfeited and conduct a fresh random draw on Tuesday 27 October 2026, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
9.3 The redraw will take place at 15 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, from the remaining eligible entries. The entrant whose prize was lawfully forfeited will be excluded. Each remaining eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection.
9.4 The first redraw winner will be contacted by telephone and email on 27 October 2026. Their name and state of residence will be published on the competition webpage on Thursday 29 October 2026 for at least 28 days.
9.5 The first redraw winner must claim the prize by 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 3 November 2026. The same follow-up and reasonable-contact process described in section 8 applies.
9.6 If the prize remains unclaimed after that deadline and reasonable contact attempts, a further random draw will take place on Wednesday 4 November 2026, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
9.7 For the draw on 4 November and any subsequent redraw:
This process will continue until the prize is claimed or no eligible entries remain, subject to applicable law and any regulatory directions.
9.8 If written notification is not sent on the scheduled draw date, the winner will still receive the full seven-day response period described in clause 9.7. Any necessary redraw will be postponed accordingly, and the revised dates will be published on the competition webpage.
9.9 Redraw winners must have met the original qualification requirements and remain eligible under these Terms and Conditions. A completed qualifying installation remains eligible.
9.10 The jersey will be delivered to the winner at no charge. Subject to any lawful exception, the jersey and confirmation that the credit has been applied to the qualifying contract will be provided within 28 days of the draw that selected the successful winner. Any reimbursement due for amounts already paid will also be processed within that period.
9.11 Prize-claim deadlines are not installation deadlines. A claimed credit does not become an unclaimed prize merely because installation has not yet occurred.
9.12 Nothing in this section permits forfeiture or replacement of a winner where prohibited by applicable law.
10.1 The Promoter collects personal information to administer the competition, assess eligibility, arrange consultations and quotes, manage installation contracts and fulfil the prize.
10.2 As disclosed in the entry form, entrants agree to receive telephone, email and SMS communications from Nectr Solar & Battery about the competition and related solar and battery offers until they withdraw their marketing consent.
10.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing does not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry or remove an entitlement to a prize.
10.4 Necessary communications about the consultation, contract, installation and competition administration may continue as permitted by law.
10.5 Entrant details will not be supplied to the Penrith Panthers or unrelated businesses for their own marketing. The Promoter may use authorised service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and deliver its services, subject to appropriate privacy obligations.
10.6 Personal information is handled in accordance with Nectr’s Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy.
11.1 Entries must be genuine, complete and accurate. The Promoter may disqualify entries involving fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, duplicate entries or interference with the competition.
11.2 If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control materially affect the competition, any necessary changes, suspension or cancellation will be subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval. Material changes will be communicated on the competition webpage.
11.3 Any prize substitution will occur only as permitted by law, including obtaining the winner’s agreement where required.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.5 This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
