VIP Partner Sales Promotion

This is an exclusive, invitation-only offer available to a limited number of customers who have received a direct invitation from Nectr Solar & Battery or an authorised VIP-Partner organisation. Access to this offer is available only via a unique QR code or direct link, through which eligible customers may submit a VIP quote request via the designated landing page at vip-partner.nectr.com.au. 

Eligible customers who complete a VIP quote request and proceed with a qualifying installation of a solar and battery, battery only, or battery with EV charger system directly with Nectr Solar & Battery will receive a once-off discount of $1,000 to $2,000, depending on battery capacity and system composition. Subject to credit and eligibility criteria. Only available on total system costs. Referral bonus applies when both the referring and referred party each complete a qualifying installation. 

Terms & Conditions 

1.  This offer is made by Instyle Solar Pty Ltd, ABN 99 159 287 153, trading as Nectr Solar & Battery, 12 Commercial Road, Newstead, QLD 4006. 

2.  This offer (the Offer) is available from 9:01am (AEDT) on 27 May 2026 and remains open until further notice. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice. 

3.  The Offer is open to customers: 

–  who have received a direct invitation from Nectr Solar & Battery or an authorised VIP-Partner organisation, and have accessed the offer exclusively via the designated QR code or invitation link; 

–  who have completed a VIP quote request via the landing page at vip-partner.nectr.com.au during the Promotion Period; 

–  who are aged 18 or over; 

–  who own the residence where the system is to be installed by Nectr Solar & Battery; 

–  who are eligible to have the systems installed; and 

–  whose residence is located within one of the following states. Some areas may be subject to service restrictions or unavailability: 

–  New South Wales 

–  Queensland 

–  Victoria 

4.  Eligible customers will receive a once-off VIP-Partner discount as follows: 

(a)  $1,000 off all battery installations, regardless of battery capacity. 

(b)  An additional $500 off when solar panels are included in the same Solar + Battery installation (available with 25 kWh or above battery only). 

(c)  An additional $500 off when an EV charger is added to either a Solar + Battery or Battery only installation (available with 25 kWh or above battery only). 

(d)  The maximum total discount is $2,000, applicable where a customer installs a 25 kWh or above battery together with solar panels and an EV charger. A formal quotation is required to confirm eligibility based on battery capacity and system composition. 

5.  The final discount amount is subject to a formal quotation issued by Nectr Solar & Battery. The discount will be clearly outlined in the customer’s quote prior to contract execution. 

6.  This offer may be reduced, withdrawn, or cancelled at the Promoter’s discretion due to changes in business circumstances, product availability, or market conditions, at any stage prior to or during the contracting process. 

7.  If a customer cancels their order after signing a contract, or if an installation appointment is cancelled prior to completion, this offer will no longer apply and the discount will not be honoured. 

8.  The referral bonus is available to customers who have already completed a qualifying installation under this Offer (the Referrer). The Referrer may refer up to 3 people (each a Referee). To be eligible for the referral bonus, the following conditions must all be met: 

(a)  The Referee must access the landing page exclusively via the designated QR code at vip-partner.nectr.com.au; 

(b)  The Referee must enter the Referrer’s unique referral code when submitting their VIP quote request via the landing page; and 

(c)  The Referee must proceed with and complete their own qualifying installation. 

Upon completion of the Referee’s installation, the Referrer will receive a $300 referral bonus per completed installation. The Referee is entitled to the same VIP-Partner discount as set out in Clause 4. No referral bonus will be paid where the Referee does not access the offer via the designated QR code and referral code, or does not complete a qualifying installation. 

9.  The Offer will not apply in addition to any other bill credits offered by Nectr, including a $300 credit that may be available to customers participating in the Nectr Solar & Battery Referral Program. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights that consumers may have under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

10.  Except for any conditions, warranties and representations expressly stated in these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law, Nectr Solar & Battery excludes all conditions, warranties and representations under or in connection with the Offer and these terms and conditions. 

11.  To the extent permitted by law, Nectr Solar & Battery’s liability for breach of any condition, warranty or guarantee imposed by statute that cannot be excluded, and a customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in relation to such breach, will be limited to (at Nectr Solar & Battery’s election): 

–  supplying the relevant services again; or 

–  paying the cost of having the services supplied again. 

12.  Nectr Solar & Battery’s total aggregate liability to a person in respect of any claim, loss, damage, expense or liability arising under or in connection with the Offer or these terms and conditions (including in negligence) will not exceed the relevant discount. 

13.  Nectr Solar & Battery’s liability to a person under or in connection with the Offer or these terms and conditions (including in negligence), except for any liability Nectr Solar & Battery has to that person in relation to any discount properly earned by them under these terms and conditions, will be reduced by the extent, if any, to which that person contributed to that liability. 

14.  Nectr Solar & Battery will use your personal information to conduct and manage the Offer, to provide energy services to you, and to manage its relationship with you, as otherwise permitted by law. Nectr may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in these purposes. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia, including in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong and the Philippines. 

15.  By participating, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from Nectr Solar & Battery in relation to the Offer. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us. 

16.  Nectr Solar & Battery may use your personal information to tell you about products or services that Nectr thinks you might be interested in, where you have consented or it is otherwise permitted by law. Nectr will seek to comply with all relevant privacy legislation. You can find Nectr Solar & Battery’s Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy on the Nectr Solar & Battery website. If you have any questions, you can contact Nectr Solar & Battery’s privacy officer. The Privacy Policy contains information about: 

–  how to seek access to the personal information Nectr Solar & Battery holds about you and seek correction of that information; and 

–  how to complain about a privacy breach and how Nectr Solar & Battery will deal with such a complaint. 

17.  This offer is invitation-only and is not transferable. It cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly agreed in writing and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

18.  This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Twitter/X. Customers and prospective customers provide their information to Nectr and not to any social media platform, and completely release any relevant social media platforms from all liability. 

19.  Eligibility is subject to verification. The Promoter reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time, including proof of invitation, homeownership, or identity. 

20.  Nectr Solar & Battery may terminate the Offer by notifying customers and other persons on the Nectr Solar & Battery website or otherwise, provided that Nectr Solar & Battery provides sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to customers or prospective customers. 

21.  Nectr Solar & Battery may exclude or suspend a person from the Offer or from receiving benefits under the Offer if the person: 

–  breaches these terms and conditions; 

–  engages in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Offer; 

–  acts in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; 

–  does anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of Nectr Solar & Battery or any of its related entities or contractors; 

–  breaches any law in connection with the Offer or their participation in the Offer; or 

–  behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate. 

22.  This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
